Form the mixture into 8 patties that are about 3-4&#8243; across.<\/p>\n<p>Heat half the oil in a medium non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil shimmers, add half the patties, cooking until nicely browned on the outside and cooked through (about 3 minutes\/side).
