{"id":28,"date":"2009-12-26T02:21:41","date_gmt":"2009-12-26T02:21:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bktrent.org\/index.php\/2009\/12\/26\/west-indies-mahimahi\/"},"modified":"2009-12-26T02:21:41","modified_gmt":"2009-12-26T02:21:41","slug":"west-indies-mahimahi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bktrent.org\/index.php\/2009\/12\/26\/west-indies-mahimahi\/","title":{"rendered":"West Indies Mahimahi+"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I made this with swordfish steaks &#8211; I think it would be good with just about any fish filet.<\/p>\n<p>1\/4\u00a0 cup\u00a0fresh lime juice<br \/>1\/4\u00a0 cup\u00a0fresh orange juice<br \/>3\u00a0 tablespoons\u00a0chopped fresh cilantro<br \/>3\u00a0 tablespoons\u00a0low-sodium soy sauce<br \/>2\u00a0 tablespoons\u00a0honey<br \/>2\u00a0 teaspoons\u00a0vegetable oil<br \/>3\/4\u00a0 teaspoon\u00a0ground allspice<br \/>3\/4\u00a0 teaspoon\u00a0ground cumin<br \/>2\u00a0 finely chopped partially seeded jalape\u00f1o peppers<br \/>2\u00a0 garlic cloves, peeled<br \/>2\u00a0 green onions, chopped<br \/>4\u00a0 (6-ounce) mahimahi fillets<br \/>Cooking spray<\/p>\n<p>Combine first 11 ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until smooth. Place fish in a shallow dish; pour marinade over fish. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes, turning once.<\/p>\n<p>Prepare grill or broiler.<\/p>\n<p>Remove fish from dish, reserving marinade. Place fish on grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
