We use white Rioja wine, but any dry white wine will work. <\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<br \/>1\/3\u00a0cup\u00a0brandy <br \/>1\/3\u00a0cup\u00a0peach schnapps <br \/>1 1\/2\u00a0tablespoons\u00a0sugar <br \/>2\u00a0(750-milliliter) bottles white Rioja wine, chilled <br \/>1\u00a0lemon, thinly sliced <br \/>1\u00a0small navel orange, quartered and sliced <br \/>1\u00a0green apple, cored and sliced <br \/>1\u00a0ripe peach, peeled and sliced <br \/>1\u00a0(12-ounce) bottle sparkling water, chilled<\/p>\n<p>Preparation<br \/>1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large pitcher; stir to dissolve sugar. Stir in wine and next 4 ingredients (through peach). Chill at least 2 hours or until cold.<br \/>2.
